One for him, one for her and one for Mammy. Friday fashion.

Sorry ! but I am in full Christmas mode as all the fab clothes are starting to make their way into shops and now might be the time to get the wardrobes done and dusted so it is one less thing to do closer to the day.

For your little men over Christmas I love this tartan suit from Mini V by Very at Littlewoods. It is perfect for a special occasion over the Christmas period and you could mix and match the waistcoat and shirt with jeans for another look over the holidays.

For a more casual yet still dressy look for Christmas as you know I am partial to a grandad collar on little boys and this River Island shirt on the Littlewoods site is only €15 and would be lovely paired with a pair of navy or wine chinos.

Popping into Zara, this star shirt for boys is perfect for Christmas, paired under these wine cords  The cords even have an adjustable waistband for your little man if he eats too much on the day, but they will grow with him guaranteeing you plenty of wear over the New Year and early Spring months.

For girls this week I stumbled across another gorgeous Irish childrens’ brand recently and have fallen in love with their pieces. How stunning is this star dress, the sleeves are amazing! Check out Thelittesunshine.ie for more beautiful handmade childrens clothing. I would pair this with chunky cream cable knit tights and brown leather boots for a lovely Christmas look.

I have most of my Christmas clothes for herself bought but am tempted to pick up a few more pieces such as this gorgeous sparkly girls dress from Littlewoods.20th sparkly v by very girls littlewoods

For Christmas day how adorable is this little velour sparkly dress  for only 20€ in the Mini V by Very collection.

velour littlewoods dress

And one last option from Littlewoods is this beautiful red mesh star long sleeved dress, again only €20!

red star dress.jpg

for something a little different and if your little girl isn’t fond of dress how fab is this cord jumpsuit from Zara in a beautiful plum colour. I would put this romantic blouse underneath it with a little sparkly cardigan and the floral ankle boots from Penneys would be a perfect finish.

Comfort is all I want on Christmas day but it is nice to look stylish too for the many family photos. I always buy a dress that has room for the Christmas dinner and drinks and I love this more grown up version of the tulle skirt from Littlewoods. I would pair it with a short-sleeved woolen jumper and a statement necklace so if you are cooking you don’t overheat!

v by very tulle skirt

I love this Pu skirt from V by Very aswell and with the many bodysuits in all the shops at the moment I would pair the velvet v neck one from Zara underneath in red for a look over the Christmas for a less formal night out.

I like this pearl studded skater dress from Zara for only €39 if you are looking for a more casual and very comfortable Christmas day dress. zara pearl skater dress

And for the ultimate comfort, this swing style lace dress from Zara in a steel blue colour , it also comes in red if you want a little more of a festive colour.lace swing.jpgRegardless of colour this ticks all the boxes for comfort and style.

Another dress in Zara that caught my eye is this floral piece, it does look short on the model but may be closer to the knee on us mere mortals.zara floral.jpg

In-store in Zara right now is this mustard  rose print dress which can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion.

If you have alot of parties starting soon for the Christmas period this red dress available on Littlewoods and from Ax Paris is a bargain at only €45, it is bang on trend with the frilled fluted sleeves and can be mixed and matched with accessories to get you through a few occasions throughout the year.

ax dress

This is a little risque but this dress grows on me every time I see it. I think it would be amazing over the Christmas period for a night out with the other half if you manage a night away from the kids.Zara lace dress.jpg

If dresses aren’t your thing this beaded coat is divine instore in Zara at the moment and would be lovely over leathers or a jumpsuit for a little bling to the party season.

beaded coat zara.jpg

And lastly staying with jackets and the infamous Zara biker jacket this week has had a print makeover. I wasn’t sure at first when I saw it but I just love the quality and fit of these bikers and this would be stunning over a little black dress throughout the party season for nights out.floral biker.jpg

And I couldn’t finish my first Christmas clothing post without a nod to the Irish tradition that is the Late Late Toy Show, and Penneys have outdone themselves again this year with their Pj’s from babies right up to adults. With €75,000 being donated by Penneys to Temple Street foundation and CMRF Crumlin I will be getting the pj’s for the kids again this year, it’s great to show your support.

So there you have it, my first Christmas clothing picks for him for her and for Mammy. I will be posting more over the coming weekly slots and be sure to share your bargains , I love seeing all the bargains that you pm me .

One for him, one for her and one for Mammy. Friday fashion.

Happy Friday everyone, I hope you aren’t blown away out there!

As we are well and truly on our way to Wintery weather I wanted to share some warm and cosy clothing for him, for her and for Mammy this week.

Stopping by Tesco firstly for boys, my little fella is monster obsessed so this jumper keeps me happy that is is warm and the design keeps him happy too!13th tesco boys jumper

Popping into Penneys how cute is this navy and red duffle coat for boys instore now. As this coat would be too bulky to wear in a car seat, this green hoodie and grey baseball coat, both fleece lined, are perfect to keep the kids warm in the car. At only ten euro for the baseball jacket it is really cool and practical too. As it is all about layering in this weather, this two piece shirt and long sleeved top combo would be nice under the baseball coat with a pair of grey or mustard jeans (both colours instore).  I still cannot believe this grey space jumper was only five euro!

For him and for her, Tesco have some really affordable Halloween costumes right now with some of these only ten euro. With cute scary tops starting at only three euro.costumes

There is nothing more cosy than a polo neck so I fell in love with this corded pinafore and polo neck duo in Tesco. They also have this gorgeous pink glitter roll neck which you could alternate under the pink pinafore too for a different look. Chunky cable knit tights and boots, of which Tesco have some lovely ones instore for kids will complete the outfit.

Take a look at this glitter leopard print tunic for girls! I love it and later will show you how Mammy can twin with her little girl with a piece from the women’s section. I saw these grey glitter cord pants instore too and you could either pair this with tights and boots as dress or layer the cords underneath for an edgier look for your little rockstar.13th girls leopard13th lepord pants

I love these Christmas tunics in Tesco and the matching navy leggings are too cute!

13th tesco girls christmas

I have found THE Christmas coat for your little girl in Tesco for only thirty euro! Silver is the perfect colour and will match in with all her Christmas outfits. This coat oozes sparkle and Christmas and I couldn’t help but get excited about December when I spotted this

In Penneys for girls this week I put together a few looks for you which can be mixed and matched. First up the pink cord skirt is also in a lovely tan colour which we have at home ,as did the penguin glitter top , and how cute is this space top which works well with both the pink skirt or can be edged up with the floral embroidered jeans. All would be complete with these mid calf navy and tan boots for little girls. 13th penneys girls mix13th floral jeans13th boots

Whilst technically River Island had this bag in the girls section ,Mammies may find themselves “borrowing” from their daughters with this fab laser cut bag.

13th riverisland girls bag

Staying in River Island for Women and thinking ahead to party season these tops can be transformed from day to night with leathers or skinnies jeans. The beading on the black high neck top is stunning and the navy embroidered blouse would be gorgeous over a wine leather skirt.

Keeping cosy in F&F in Tesco, I do not usually like leopard print but I actually bought both these jumpers, what a bargain! They are your perfect transitional knit for this time of year. The grey has a lovely bell sleeve whilst the pink sleeves are 3/4’s with turn ups. You also get to “twin” with your little girl if you pick up the leopard print tunic I featured earlier .

I also got to try on “The” coat from Tesco this season. At fifty euro I did initially wonder was it going to be worth the price but honestly it is so cosy and comfortable if you are on the hunt for a Winter coat then definitely consider this.  It feels very luxurious! It is big sizing, I tried on a ten and had room in it but better to be a little big than too snug. 13th tesco lepord print13th Tesco coat

Finishing up in Penneys for Women this week  first up is this lovely cobalt blue coatigan. I purchased the yellow version of this last year, and whilst it has bobbled from overwash and overwear it wouldn’t deter me from purchasing the blue version, some colour at this time of year is always nice!

I love this mustard frill neck and sleeved ribbed knit. There are so many different choices to wear this knit with, for me I think a simple pair of dark blue skinnes or a leather pencil skirt would be my choices.

Scarves are my thing and finally some nice prints are coming into store. Here are two pink based prints which caught my eye in Penneys this week.

I loved this black embroidered blouse in-store now which can dress up a simple pair of grey skinny jeans with one of their many ankle grazing boots.13th embroidered penneys

These beige gold studded pyjamas are so soft to the touch (matching pants not pictured) I can imagine myself cosied up in bed in them. 13th penneys pjs

If you are on the lookout for some clocks for your bedroom these  rose gold options will add a girly touch without going overboard on hues of pink.

I have seen this pink coat on lots since it came into Penneys and finally got to try it on for myself, whilst I actually really liked it on and adored the knot sleeves ,for me running after the kids it isn’t practical but nonetheless I did love it.13th pink

And finally this bag for only ten euro grows on me the more I see it. I adore all these colours individually and together I wasn’t sure it worked but this bag would match in with fifty percent of my wardrobe now so I may be tempted to go back and purchase.

Have a great weekend everyone and remember if you do find some nice bargains out and about please share ,I’d love to see what comes home with you.

One for him, one for her and one for Mammy. Friday fashion.

Hi everyone, it has been a manic week, as always but it is Friday, yey:) I am still shattered but buzzing from The M Word’s win in the Commercial category for best Parenting blog last night at the V by Very Littlewoods Ireland blog awards and delighted I am part of the writing team, so well done again to Maia and all the fabulous women who make up the writers team( and men occasionally!).

So that has left pretty zero time for any online browsing or shop visiting outside of a snatched few minutes in lieu of a lunch break, but I still have some nice clothing for all to show you.

Dunnes continue to impress and whilst I don’t usually buy matching tracksuits I think this “Awesome” camouflage little boys one is so cute!

Here is another Christmas or party inspired look I put together in Penneys for boys this week. This soft touch grey shirt will keep any little boy cute and cosy at the same time. I paired it over a wine pair of jeans and these grey and navy boots match perfect.

I also love all these jogger bottom jeans in various colours and patterns and how fab are these high tops for our little boys too, all in stores now!6th shirt boy

I saw some lovely pieces for kids bedrooms in Penneys too, how nice are these wall art pieces! Little girls or boys will love these mermaid tails and this Dinosaur rug!6th rug penneys6th mermaid throwwall art

I also really like this black checkered dress, perfect day time wear.

I didn’t know Penneys did nursing clothing but this dress caught my eye initally as something I would wear even though I am long past the nursing days so I was delighted to see those Breastfeeding could wear this striped dress.

I love the colour of these studded blue stilettos!6th blue stud shoes

One for him, one for her and one for Mammy. Friday fashion

Happy Friday everyone, there are some great sales for kids to be found at the moment and I managed to pick up a few pieces online and instore.

First up I ran into Born recently and found something for all of us instore in the Thurles branch. There were too many bits to photo for the little boys , they have a great range of long sleeved tops such as this striped “Genius boy” logo and I adore this navy and yellow lion cosy hoody for younger boys.28th born boys genius top28th boys born lion hoodie

In Dunnes this top was in the sale and it is perfect playschool wear over the joggers from Zara I recently picked up in their sale online.28th boys dunnes awesome top and zara joggers

Another cute logo long sleeved top in Dunnes.28th Dunnes boys long top

Christmas has come early in Penneys with their annual Christmas shirt for little boys instore now, unfortunately the red reindeer one was sold out in the size I needed but there was plenty of the navy Santa’s instore. This red dino hoodie is a bargain at only five euro but only goes up to 2-3 years of age.

Back to Mothercare this shirt was reduced to only €8.60 . There is a beautiful design of small colourful stars/crosses on it and is definitely a Christmas day outfit. I got these bright blue comfy pants aswell when you fancy a change from jeans for your little man but still want comfort, these will be perfect! And the denim shirt was another sale bargain and is so lovely and soft to the touch. The black mr men tracksuit is perfect for active weekends and the “Yeah” long sleeve top is pretty cool.

Last but not least for boys this black and white checkered hooded shirt is fleece lined and great for layering over long sleeved tops when a coat is too much, this is new instore in Tesco this week.

28th tesco fleece shirt

Staying in the Mothercare sale for herself this week I got some fab pieces in next size and a few in this size. I tend to buy for the next year in the sales , and these are a few of both that I picked up. All would be perfect with little skinny jeans underneath from the Hi motiff jumper to peter pan Little bird knit and I fell in love with this My K yellow T-shirt!

These two dresses were in the sale perfect with tights now as the weather gets colder and will look cute with leggings underneath aswell as tunics as A gets taller.

Back in Born in the girls section I adore denim pinafores and this bib front dress is adorable, you could mix this deer print top underneath for a change of outfit and layer over this padded cardi with cable tight and ankle boots.

Continuing my denim obsession for kids, over in Tesco how adorable is this little girls frill denim dress, pair it with this gillet, chunky tights and brown ankle boots .

28th tesco denim dress and shrug girls

Dunnes are playing a blinder with boys and girls clothing alike at the moment with new stock constantly coming in and each nicer than the next!

Amongst what is instore now is this pink frill knit for little girls with a silver lining on the frill.

I had to bring home one of these coatigans for herself home, both colours are gorgeous and will mix and match with dresses and jeans .

I love this outfit I put together in Dunnes for little girls. The mustard checkered cat dress with the cosy fur lined Winter duffle coat and these beautiful tan star boots ( which also come in grey) up to a girls size eight.

And for Mammy this week. Back to Born clothing, this frill knit jumper would be gorgeous with black leathers or a leather pencil skirt ( which they have plenty of instore). This mustard keyhole bust dress is perfect for an Autumn wedding and the purple floral embroidered frill bust jumpsuit is divine!

My mustard coat is now in Penneys in a lovely red shade and would be a lovely coat for Christmas, it is only 20euro and honestly such a cosy coat I haven’t taken mine off since getting it! I saw these mermaid brushes instore which may appeal to some and on the hunt for a new wallet this nude sparkle one caught my eye.

Back to Tesco for one last look for Mammy , red is catching my eye this week and I love this red coat instore which would be lovely over a simple top and jeans or dressed up with black leathers. Again this frill knit from Tesco is great value at twenty euro and a perfect Winter knit to add to the collection.28th tesco red jumper28th tesco red coat

have you spotted any nice pieces about, I would love to see what you have picked up this week.

Happy Friday and I hope you all enjoy the weekend ahead.

One for him, one for her & one for Mammy. Friday fashion (a little late )

Ok so it is Saturday but I have a good excuse! I was flying solo the last week with the kids, we had sickness in the house, working full time and many doctors visits so I did not go near an actual shop nor an online store. Today however was a different story, I may need to stagger the bags coming into the house:)

Lots for boys about this week ,yey! First up was a trip to Dunnes where they have lots of Autumnal colours, light knit jumpers, shirts and tops in store. These pants are a lovely soft velour like to touch and would be a good buy for Christmas. Pair them with some of these collared long sleeved tops in navy and yellow or for a more dressed up look ,how cute is this cable knit cardigan which you could pair with a little shirt underneath.  for tractor obsessed little ones this red striped top is instore and for a casual yet cool look you can’t go wrong with a hooded checkered shirt.

I ran into Next to pick up some bargains in the sale that started today( few pairs of shorts for next Summer) and got diverted by these cute knits over in the boys section.  Next can do no wrong with their jeans and whilst they tend to be a little more expensive than other shops I find they last for years. These faded black and line jeans would match perfectly with the smiley print jumper, and black and white graphic design knit.  Look at the button detail on the fun jumper ,isn’t it adorable!

In Zara I could not leave without bringing home this penguin print puffa coat for himself, it is fleece lined and an absolute bargain at only 20 euro. Zara coats last us years here so hopefully next Winter he will still be fitting in this ! And if ever there was a jumper for my little man it is this “Ooops” print one 🙂

Lastly for boys I went to H&M and found this dino print hoodie which any boy would love and these button crew neck light knit jumpers are perfect for the coming Winter months and would be lovely paired over jeans or blue chinos for a more dressy look.

For little girls this week I love these pieces from H&M. The navy loveheart skirt is adorable, pair it with a little red polo and tights and it is a perfect Christmas outfit. The black and white roses dress I want a grown up version of, it is just stunning!  Unicorn obsessed girls will love this black unicorn print dress and top it off with these unicorn earphones.

Zara will never disappoint for girls. First up is the cosy navy dotty Winter puffa coat again such good value. The bottle green dotty dress is gorgeous, the pic here doesn’t do it justice on the richness of the colour so when I put it on herself I will load up a snap as it is just fab. I loved this grey unicorn print dress for little girls who aren’t pink mad and how cute is this little dinosaur top which would be fab over these pink bottoms.

I couldn’t resist this mustard floral dress for herself from Dunnes, at only €14 and paired with a cream gillet or the rust coloured as in the pic it is the perfect Autumn dress.20170923_135553

Staying in Zara for Mammy this pearl studded jumper made it home, at only €17.99 it is so soft to touch and will be lovely over leather pants or jeans.

20170923_151109

I popped into Dunnes to try on “THE” leather skirt that has everyone in a tizzy this week and whilst I adored if off the hanger I wasn’t convinced with it on. I am a typical hourglass shape, 5feet 5 and I feel it is more suited to narrow hipped and definitely needs a heel with it. I tried on the navy in a small (10/12) but the wine version of this skirt is my favourite. Nevertheless at 40euro it is a steal ! I love this pink Savida bow jumper ( €30) I paired with it. 20170923_141358

20170923_141358

20170923_134857

Next up in Dunnes I did not believe the price tag on this coat, for only €40 it is a steal! I love the fluted sleeves and it is a really good cut and feels  and looks alot more expensive!

I have always been a fan of Dorothy Perkins and more so their sale rale ( which is always instore). I love these two knit dresses in their new stock section. Both are perfect dresses for layering with chunky tights and ankle or knee high boots for daytime wear.

I picked up this embroidered denim dress for only 20euro in their sale rale and will wear it with tights and ankle boots during the day and next Summer bare legged with sandals.

20170923_132819

And lastly, this dress from Dorothy Perkins, oh it is so pretty and extremely comfortable and will carry you through many occasions. I love the floral print and the sleeves which flare at the elbow with a little frill.

One for him, one for her and one for Mammy. Friday fashion

Friday again and the weather has definitely meant the heating has gone on a little earlier than usual for the time of year and what better excuse to start looking in the shops for warmer clothing for the kids and me alike!

I popped into Mothercare this week in the hopes that they would have some nice bits for toddler boys and thankfully they had plenty. I am finding it increasingly harder to get nice bits for himself and am surprised some shops have seemed to reduce their little boys sections but Mothercare came to the rescue!

Mustard is going nowhere and I for one am happy, it is such a beautiful colour this time of year and is fab on my little guy, combine that with a checkered shirt and top underneath and this made it home with me.  I also love this little navy and white hooded check shirt which was really soft and cosy to the touch. And this navy striped and mustard top would be fab with navy blue jeans and yellow alike.

Staying in Mothercare, for those colder days how adorable are these lion mittens and hat with the all important ear covers. I fell in love with this cosy knit wool lined penguin hooded boys shacket instore too.20170915_16052720170915_160827

Staying in Mothercare for girls this week I spotted this peter pan collared mustard bow dress which would be lovely paired with a chunky knit cardi and tights for Autumn parties and I only wish this grey ballet pump print dress came in my size as its adorable for little girls.

Thinking ahead to Christmas this gorgeous red and navy flower beret made it home for herself.

20170915_16043620170915_16023820170915_160412

Popping into Penneys they have two lovely knit dresses for younger girls instore, the beige cable knit dress comes in a deep red too. The grey dress has  lovely sparkly sleeves. I featured these pants recently for girls and after seeing this pink frill shouldered knit for girls ,they match perfectly and will be a lovely cost winter outfit for herself. This long sleeve denim dress is adorable and can be worn in so many ways with gillets on its own, or even pair the pink frill shoulder jumper over the dress with the collar tucked in. All these outfits would look great with these wine patent boots instore in Penneys( also come in black).

I also popped into Tesco and spotted this little grey floral embroidered shirt dress in the younger girls section which would be lovely with these red floral leggings or a pale pink tight underneath. This is even cuter in real life, the pic really doesn’t do the dress justice.

Staying in Tesco for Mammy, I ran in to get a look at the new jeans range F&F have launched in their eco range and have to say I was very impressed with the range in store. I am obsessed with coated jeans, they are the perfect mix between leather and jean and make them more day wear friendly. At 20euro too they are very affordable. These jeans seem to change colour in the light and are labelled coated plum and both these knotted and frill sleeved jumper instore in Tesco would look lovely over the coated jeans and a pair of ankle boots.

tesco jumpertesco jumper 2

Sticking with the coated jeans, I also picked up these gorgeous wine coated jeans in Stradivarius for only €20 which also came in a lovely jade green colour, paired here with the mustard coat from Penneys (still instore for only €20) I haven’t taken it off since I got it and grey studded ankle boots also from Penneys.

stradvarius.jpg

Keeping cosy in Penneys, I picked up this blush jumper with lace detail for only €14, which will look good over both coated pants. The warmer scarves are starting to make their way in and this bright fleck coloured one caught my eye instore, and this nod to the Chloe ring handle handbag is divine!20170915_15484220170915_15515120170915_153734

That’s all from me this week, hope you have a lovely weekend where-ever it takes you:)

One for him, one for her and one for Mammy. Friday fashion

Well the week has gone way too slow and big changes for all of us this week, the twins are now at the end of a week of preschool and I have finished a week back at work after parental leave.  We will all be happy to have a lazy weekend!

First up shoes for school for both kids, I wanted some new runners for the kids ,practical for running around , not too pricey and comfortable so I was delighted to pick up these boys and girls Adidas from Sports Direct.

Back in Penneys for boys, I am loving these wine jeans paired with either the dark denim shirt and striped dressy shirt. The jeans look red in the photos but are a lovely wine colour, perfect for Christmas.

8th boys penneys wine jeans 2 shirts.jpgStopping by a few other places I picked up the white grandad long sleeve top in Mothercare, the rugby jersey from Heatons, Brave jumper from Dunnes and the tie dye T-shirt from Next. All will mix and match with jeans  and navy joggers pants.

For girls how amazing is this shirt, I cannot wait for herself to wear this, paired over skinny jeans, little skirts, pinafores, it is so versatile.

8th girls blouse penneys

Next up these floral pants are heavier than legging material but lighter than jeans and will mix and match with lots for little girls .Here are a few jumpers instore at Penneys that would go lovely over them. The grey are especially beautiful.8th girls pants

The blush knit jumper has a gorgeous floral design on both sleeves, whilst the grey unicorn and purple frill sleeved jumpers are very cosy. And how cute are the navy and white sequined collection of tops.

Lastly for little girls who don’t want to do the whole dress up thing for Halloween, I spotted this cute tutu dress in Penneys aswell which will see you apast Halloween!

Oh where to start for Mammy this week!

First up sorry it is more mustard, but how fab is this coat and only 20euro! from Penneys, it came home with me and is so snug and cosy with a roll collar for the colder days to cover the ears:)

Pretty blouses are everywhere in Penneys at the moment and this pink frill sleeve ,black bow back made it home with me. I will pair it over my new wine leather coated jeans from Stradvarius, with these grey studded beauties also from Penneys.

And remember the mustard 70’s vibe dress I featured a few weeks ago, well its blue/green sister is in store now for those who didn’t suit the vibrance of the mustard version. It is a perfect transitional dress from Autumn to Winter.  They also have a stunning cobalt blue version of this dress which came in pink and black earlier in the Summer. And pair this Zara look alike blue and white coat from Penneys and you are set.

I am a sucker for a playsuit, especially ones that coming into Autumn/Winter you can pair up with black tights and ankle boots and here is one that fits the bill and would look good with these grey block heels or the studded ones from earlier.

I also love this long red cardi instore in Penneys, one of many designs instore right now.8th long red cardi womens penneys

So that’s it from this week, I would love to see what bargains or must haves you have seen this week 🙂

One for him, one for her and one for Mammy. Friday fashion

The quest for pre school wear continued this week but I couldn’t resist snapping some other bits along the way for him,for herself and for me. It would seem I left it a little late for socks and leggings as the majority of 3/4 sizes have disappeared off the shelves so the twins may kill me if we have to go around the shops anymore to complete the shopping lists!

First up for boys Zara have this lovely warm puffa coat for boys instore for €25, I love their coats and tend to find they err on the big side and last a few years so you will definitely get your moneys worth here!

31st zara mustard boys jacket

I picked up these really cute truck joggers and “Yeah” jumper from Zara for comfy pre school wear, I love the quality of Zaras’ boys joggers and they always have really cool designs perfect for little men.

Lastly staying in Zara how cute is this blue sums jumper, perfect for your little ones first day at school.

Popping into Next I picked up these fab digger jeans and rocket top for B, next jeans jogger style jeans are so comfy and flexible and last the rough and tumble of adventurous boys. They have really lovely star joggers (not pictured) in grey and black similar to ones I picked up on H&M last year instore too at the moment. I am loving the checkered shirt and star raincoat too instore.31st next boys digger range31st boys next star jacket and jeans

For herself this week back in Zara, the dresses are just too cute and these two are ones I would nearly wear myself. I love the navy embroidered smock dress and the pink frill dress is divine. Penneys have these floral boots instore at moment and would be really cute with either of the Zara picks above.

For Mammy this week this long coat from Zara is extremely versatile. I loved how it looked with a simple jumper and jeans but it would look just as well paired with this floral tea dress , finishing the look off with these fab grey studded boots from Penneys and grey, pink and cream tote also from Penneys or if out for the night this really cute butterfly print bag also from Penneys.

Sticking with bags and staying in Penneys I came across these two travel bags, the left is button close only and the dotty bag is zipped, perfect for weekend getaways. And lastly the mustard featured bag was reduced to only €5 and perfect for a daytime bag out and about with the kids, it is the perfect size with plenty of compartments to carry my purse, phone and lippie aswell as snacks and a spare change of clothes for the kids.

I picked up a good few bits for the twins for preschool so may do another piece on the bits I have picked up over the last week.

Have a lovely weekend everyone whatever you are up to 🙂

One for him, one for her and one for Mammy. Friday fashion.

I  have a few online and instore purchases this week to show you with the first stop being Lidl for boys. If you haven’t bought Lidl clothes before you are missing out as I really do find their kids clothing not only great value but really really cute. This little bomber jacket being case in point. I was only raging that the boys section had literally been depleted and I ended up picking up alot of girls clothes from their latest drop. I may visit another one over the weekend to see what else I can add to the playschool clothes( did I mention the twins start playschool in 2 weeks!)

Staying in the supermarket sector, this lovely flannel shirt made it home with me for B for over the Christmas period. It is so soft to the touch and only ten euro.

I will match it with jeans for a more dressed down look but I also picked up these blue chinos today in the Zara online sale for only €5.99! which will give a more dressed up look to it.

I absolutely love this turquoise cosy knit for boys also spotted online in Zara . This v-neck from Zara will pair lovely with the blue chinos aswell and it’s only €9.99. I love Zara knits, especially the boys offerings.

Popping back to Lidl for girls, I had to stop myself buying here as the selection was great. What didn’t make it home were pink jeggings, long sleeved tops with A embellishments and two other jacket/hoody combos with unicorn designs purely because the sizes were out ,in hindsight I should have bought next size up for next year!

I love this grey and pink baseball jacket,( perfect for wearing in the car) and the grey dotty leggings will match lots, such as these two cute cardigans( lightweight) and all make excellent playwear for playschool.

The space theme is continuing everywhere in kids clothing and the Lidl pieces will pair lovely with this tunic from Tesco which is only €7.50 in stock today.

Back in Dunnes this unicorn dress would be fab with these glitter boots , and the boots will get plenty of wear with jeans or dresses alike!

I haven’t seen much new stock in Penneys in the last two weeks for girls or boys in Limerick but these boots caught my eye, easy to wipe clean and would be lovely with some of the dresses they have instore at the moment.

For Mammy this week Penneys are churning out the chunky knits , whoop ! Summer indulgence is covered. I love my jumpers when the weather turns and these beauties would look at good with jeans as they would with leathers. The grey off shoulder came home with me and there is a blush version too which might just yet.

I think everyone has seen or has these boots in the black at this stage but I love these two colours ( brown/grey) in background and these are more a blush tone in real life.

My bargains from Penneys today were these two dresses reduced to seven euro each, I’ll wear these with black 100 deniers and ankle boots with a thin belt and long knit cardis come Autumn/Winter.

And lastly sticking with jumpers I love this  pink knit from Savida in Dunnes, it would be gorgeous over a knee length leather skirt and barely there heels.

So there’s my picks for the week from the supermarket to the high street:)

Happy Friday and have a lovely weekend everyone.
